Sportswear Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and are committed to providing high quality clothing and advice.  However, we understand that sometimes people buy the wrong size or even the wrong item.  In such cases we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange providing the items are in their original, saleable condition.  You must notify the school by email to shop@nottinghamhigh.co.uk within 7 days of the date the item was collected.

Exchanges – Infant/Junior School

Where the replacement item is in the same price range, email shop@nottinghamhigh.co.uk by 8am on a school day and the replacement item will be delivered to the appropriate school for collection by the afternoon 2 school days later.  Make sure you tell us exactly what item and size you need for the replacement.  The item being returned is to be returned in its original packaging to Reception at the appropriate school prior to the replacement being made available.

Some items are a different price range dependent upon the size.  If you need to exchange an item with a replacement item that is a different price, please place a separate order for the replacement item through WisePay and request a refund for the item being returned (see procedure below).

Refunds – Infant/Junior School

Please email the school shop@nottinghamhigh.co.uk stating the reason the item is being returned.  Once we have received both the email and the item being returned, we will refund the purchase price via WisePay to the card that was used to buy it.
