Mindfulness Club

Mindfulness Club will help you to learn the skills to self-regulate, recognise and manage your feelings.

During mindfulness Club, we will complete activities such as mindfulness colouring, journaling, and creating affirmation cards.

Year Groups: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13

Location: Flexible Space

When: Monday, 13.20-13.50, Lunchtime, Week A&B
